KoSho Questions and Answers

My friend takes Tae Kwon Do and another friend does Jujitsu.  What do you teach at KoSho?

KoSho Karate teaches Okinawan Shuri Ryu karate.  This style is a well-balanced style using kicks, strikes, and grappling

What ages do you teach?

• Kids, as young as three years old, can start classes.  Some kids may be too young at three, but the instructor can determine this.  Some little guys are very shy at starting class and others just jump right in.

• We have kid classes for kids 3 to 9 years old.
• Junior classes for 10 to 15 years old
• Adults (16+ years old)

• We have the Masters Club for students who are taking their karate training to a higher level than just the basics.  This adds weapons, higher competition training and a deeper knowledge of the art.
